Frequently Asked Questions
What types of projects do you take on?
AETER takes on a variety of projects, whether it involves small and large houses, interior design work, installations, topography, or heritage conservation work. Every project presents a unique challenge for us, which we realise with creative and thorough work.
How does the survey process work?
During the survey, we use manual and mechanical tools to obtain the most accurate data possible. We prepare drawings and models, and where necessary, we apply laser or measuring tape.
What is the difference between research and architectural design?
Research forms the foundation of a project, helping us understand the given site, architectural history, or other backgrounds related to the construction. Architectural design refers to the creative realisation that takes all this information into account.
How can we get in touch with you?
You can contact us by email at info@aeter.hu
or by phone at +36-20/360-2120. If you would like to meet in person, our office is located at Iskola utca 4. (Budapest, 1011).How does the design process work?
The design process begins with an initial consultation, where we get acquainted with the project’s requirements. We then develop detailed plans, taking into account aesthetic, functional, and technical aspects.
How long does a project take?
The duration of a project depends on the type and complexity of the planned work. Simpler projects can be completed within a few months, while more complex works may take up to a year.
Do you also take on international projects?
Yes, we also undertake international projects. AETER’s previous work has included both domestic and international design assignments, including projects in Kazakhstan.
What types of partners do you work with?
Our partners include other architectural firms, contractors, research institutes, and various industry experts who help in the realisation of projects.
